Joan Lantz, Registered Nurse
Years of Service 6+
Prior to her joining our team at Pine Rock Manor, Joan worked as a Unit Manager in a skilled nursing facility in Massachusetts. Joan has a combined 30 years of nursing experience, and is one of the longest standing RN's employed at Pine Rock Manor. A dedicated nurse who gives her heart and soul to providing the best care possible to all of our residents, Joan is always available to answer any questions from our families and residents.
Allen Beattie, Registered Nurse, R-DNS

Allen has been with Fortis Healthcare since 2005 when he was hired as Pine Rock Manor's Director of Nursing. Allen started his nursing career in 1984 as a nursing assistant and has since moved up through the ranks as a CNA, LPN and currently an RN, which he has been since 1996. Due to Allen’s great leadership and extensive work history he caught the eye of the ownership team and they decided in 2007 to give him a much deserved promotion to Regional Director of Nursing, overseeing both Kirkwood Corners and The Pines of Newmarket. In addition to his management of the nursing departments at all three of our Fortis Residences, Allen is also involved in marketing, professional development and the overall administration of all three buildings.
Brittany Marcy, Activities Director

Brittany, a Vermont native, came to New Hampshire in 2004 to pursue a degree in psychology with a minor in child development at Colby Sawyer College in New London. While a senior, Brittany took an internship at a local assisted living residence as a recreation assistant. She found the work so rewarding that she submitted an application to Pine Rock Manor and was hired as an activity aide in July, 2008. After working at Pine Rock for just two months the Activity Director's position became available and we unanimously agreed that Brittany was perfect for the position. Since that time Brittany has been instrumental in the growth of the activity department and has dramatically enhanced of our position in the community. Brittany has excelled at her new position, consistently bringing new activities and programs to our seniors. We look forward to the great things she has in store for Pine Rock Manor and its residents.
