Rick Deschenes, Administrator
Rick started working for Pine Rock Manor in 1996 and took over as Administrator in 2005. During this time, he has worked in many roles within the organization but most importantly Rick is compassionate about making sure his residents are provided with the best care possible. He has been a valued asset to Pine Rockís success over the years and under his leadership, Pine Rock is highly respected in the medical community. He looks forward to continually serving the senior population in Warner and itís surrounding towns.
Allen Beattie, Registered Nurse, R-DNS
Allen has been with Fortis Healthcare since 2005 when he was hired as Pine Rock Manor's Director of Nursing. Allen started his nursing career in 1984 as a nursing assistant and has since moved up through the ranks as a CNA, LPN and currently an RN, which he has been since 1996. Due to Allenís great leadership and extensive work history, he caught the eye of the ownership team and they decided in 2007 to give him a much deserved promotion to Regional Director of Nursing, overseeing both Kirkwood Corners and The Pines of Newmarket. In addition to his management of the nursing departments at all three of our Fortis residences, Allen is also involved in marketing, professional development and the overall administration of all three buildings.
Brittany Marcy, Assistant Administrator
Brittany, a Vermont native, came to New Hampshire in 2004 to pursue a degree in psychology with a minor in child development at Colby Sawyer College in New London. While a senior, Brittany took an internship at a local assisted living residence as a recreation assistant. She found the work so rewarding that she submitted an application to Pine Rock manor for an activity aide position and was hired in July 2008 after graduating with her degree. Within two months, the Activity Directorís position became available and Fortis unanimously agreed that Brittany was ready for the promotion. During this time, Brittany has been instrumental in the growth of the activity department and has dramatically enhanced our position in the community by consistently bringing new activities and programs to our seniors.
